प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने राष्ट्रपति को पत्र भेज कर मंत्रिमंडल में निम्नानुसार फेरबदल की सूचना देते हुए नये मंत्रिमंडल के सदस्यों को आज सायं पांच बजे पद व गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाये जाने का अनुरोध किया है।
